United Energy Fleet Cards
With this Fleet Card you benefit from a fuel management tool that gives you control of all your fuel expenses- in one convenient, free and flexible program. You decide which purchases, exceptions and reporting variables you want. You decide when to modify your account. The result being a Fleet Card program that empowers both you and your drivers while providing the tools to individualize a program that will exceed your expectations.
CONVENIENCE
Not only can you use your card at our anchor sites in Aiken and Columbia, but a growing number of United Energy branded sites will be able to accept this card as well. Convenience also means ease of use. With this Fleet Card, fueling and paying is quick and easy. Pay at the pump capability means drivers can get back on the road in the shortest time possible.
CONTROL
Your Fleet Cards can be set up to cater to your company’s needs. Fuel restrictions, job or vehicle information entry, pin codes and on-line account viewing are all available features. You can have the control you need to manage your fleet effectively.
Eliminating cash purchases presents an additional opportunity. Often cash purchases are not properly documented, preventing the company from taking advantage of applicable tax credits. Also unauthorized purchases can be eliminated.
REPORTING
This Fleet Card enables you to identify purchases for each driver or vehicle or combination of both. Drivers can be required to enter a vehicle number, driver number, odometer reading or a unique pin code for security and control purposes. Invoices can be broken down by vehicle, driver or date of purchase, and all information is printed in an easy to read format. You may also view past invoices as well as current transactions on-line.
SAVINGS
Many programs charge fees to the account holder for their fleet card program. Not this Fleet Card. It has no annual or card fees of any kind. We also offer pricing options to qualified customers, as well as federal, state, and local tax exemptions for authorized entities.
